I went on Saturday night for the 1st time in many months. The machines were playing TERRIBLE! I was there for only 1 hour and lost all $100 I was willing to gamble.
I have never seen machines give so many zero wins in a row. I played 6 or 7 machines at various points in the casino. I could not find a machine that would play anywhere.
I did not get into even one bonus on any machine. It was constant zeros or a win of less than my bet almost every time.
They have just given me absolutely NO REASON TO COME BACK. I feel like I was robbed. Why would I go back just to given them my money?
In my opinion they are just a bunch of thief's. They will not be seeing me back soon.
I don't want any compensation but I resent her rudeness toward us. She needs to be disciplined for treating us as guests [ and we have been guests regularly at you Casino for 24 years,} with total disregard. Sincerely Mary Jo Jones Bauer.

Dear Ms. [redacted]:
In my capacity as the Vice...
President Compliance for the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community Gaming Enterprise (Mystic Lake Casino Hotel and Little Six Casino), I am in receipt of the complaint you filed with the Revdex.com of Minnesota and North Dakota in regard to your recent hotel stay. Based on review of the complaint, I have taken the opportunity to follow-up with Hotel Operations and obtained additional information in an effort to address your concerns.
A review shows the issue stemmed from the reservation that was made through a travel agent, and the travel agent's credit card not authorizing the correct amount at check-in. Hotel personnel attempted to contact the travel agent to resolve the issue, and from my understanding it was very busy at the hotel front desk, so you put your personal card down to get checked-in to your room. Eventually, the travel agent was able to correct the credit card issue, so hotel personnel made the change in the hotel system; however due to providing your personal credit card at check-in you were still seeing a hold on your personal card. Also from my understanding, when attempting to address the card hold matter, hotel personnel could have addressed the matter more effectively, and for this we apologize.
It has been shared that the Mystic Lake Hotel Assistant Front Office Manager also extended an apology for the guest service issues you encountered. The same Assistant Front Office Manager through a conference call with yourself and Bank of America was able to get a release of the hold on your card for the amount pending. Also, at this time you were informed the room service charge of $22.53 was being waived. Through the same email communication dated January 25, 2016 addressing the aforementioned charges you were offered $60.00 in Food & Beverage coupons that would be made available the next time your or your colleague are on property. From your provided response to the January 25th communication, it appears that this matter has been addressed to your expectation.
Thank you for the opportunity to address this matter. We look forward to hosting you on property in the future and being able to provide you with the level of guest service that is expected.

November 1, 2016 [redacted] West New York, New Jersey 07093 RE: Revdex.com Compliant – Restaurant/WiFi Dear Ms. [redacted]; I have been forwarded the concern you submitted to the Revdex.com (Revdex.com) pertaining...
to your recent visit to Mystic Lake Casino Hotel whereas you report getting sick after eating in the Steakhouse and being unable to obtain WiFi in your hotel room on your iPad. Based on the information that was provided in the Revdex.com submission, representatives of Hotel and Food & Beverage were contacted to provide assistance in preparing this response. A review of this matter identifies contact that was made on your part with representatives of Room Service and the Hotel Front Desk. In response to your claim that you became ill after eating in the Steakhouse, which you contributed to the “Lobster Mac and Cheese”, our review of this matter notes this was reported to Room Service. Such guest notifications of potential food related illnesses are taken very seriously by Mystic Lake Casino Hotel. When you called to Room Service and attributed your illness to food consumed on property, you are correct, the offer was made to send Security to your room. The offer to send Security was out of concern for your well-being and to provide any assistance, including contacting medical response personnel if needed. Also, based on your report of becoming ill on the Lobster Mac and Cheese, a review was performed of other orders of that menu item for the day, which identified several other orders of the Lobster Mac and Cheese served that evening, with no complaints or reports of illness being brought to our attention. Addressing your concerns with the Wi-Fi, the Front Desk records make note of your call where you state your cell phone Wi-Fi is working but your iPad was not connecting to the Wi-Fi. Based on your call to the Front Desk, the IT Department was contacted, and it was confirmed the Hotel Wi-Fi was operating. At that time it was brought to your attention the issue may have been with your device rather than the Wi-Fi since you had a connected device. The Front Desk records also note you making mention of becoming ill on the Lobster Mac and Cheese. When this was mentioned, the inquiry was made if you required medical attention or any another assistance, which you declined. It should also be noted that prior to the conclusion of your call, an offer was made by the Assistant Front Desk Manager to Comp one of the room nights as a guest service gesture, which you declined. Mystic Lake Casino Hotel places the utmost importance to food preparation and safety standards in an effort to ensure for the health and well-being of all guests that dine at the various restaurants throughout the property. To maintain this standard, this includes on-going internal food safety inspections, along with the conduct of food health inspections by an outside governmental regulatory entity. Furthermore, the property follows the FDA Food Code Guide for food safety standards. Mystic Lake Casino Hotel regrets the experiences you encountered during your recent visit to the property, as our goal is to always provide exceptional guest service. Sincerely, Scott [redacted] Vice President Compliance SMSC Gaming Enterprise Cc: Revdex.com John [redacted], Director Hotel Operations Kaywan [redacted], Director Food & Beverage
I am rejecting this response because:
Upon reviewing the pictures, I take even more objection to the response. One small spot of frosting on the floor (in addition to crumbs), two pieces of tape, and crumbs on the table/counter does not warrant a deep cleaning fee. The hotel staff are the ones that provided tape for hanging the streamers - I asked for permission (and the tape) before anything was hung. I also stated MULTIPLE times before, during, and after booking the room that it was being rented for the purpose of a bridal shower/bachelorette party - no staff EVER advised that the room was only to be booked for 'relaxation'. I even asked for suggestions as to which suite I should be booking for a bridal shower/bachelorette party. I was not advised by ANYONE that I would need to bring a vacuum for crumbs, or that nothing should be taped to the walls (again, I got permission for this - and the tape!). From what I can see from the pictures, a tiny amount of frosting was on the floor, but was not ground into the carpet. The $200 fee was extremely excessive, not to mention the price of the room to begin with, in addition to the horrible customer service I've received since. I spent over an hour attempting to get a manager on the phone initially to even have the charges explained to me, and have had to make multiple calls since, some with zero response.
